Arbitrage Exploration Updates Shareholders on Listing on Canadian Securities Exchange

Arbitrage Exploration Inc., further to its news releases dated Jan. 15, 2015, and Feb. 12, 2015, has received approval to list its common shares on the Canadian Securities Exchange, and intends to voluntarily delist its common shares from the facilities of the NEX board of the TSX Venture Exchange immediately prior to the commencement of trading on the CSE to ensure continued and seamless trading for the company’s shareholders.

The company expects to list on the CSE on or around May 27, 2015, under the trading symbol AEA.
